What's ur take on anime fansubs/manga scanaltions. Are they legal? DO u think they should exist? Or should everyone buy the actual DVDs?
Personally, im not the moralest guy out there so i'd go with free fansubs.

technically not legal.
but there's no way anime would be as popular without fansubs. So i think they should exist, for the sake of encouraging anime everywhere. It would be nice to buy the dvd's, but there too expensive. Should lower the price.

i would buy the dvds if they could a) lower the prices to like 5-10 bucks a disc or b) include more eps per disc by making them in avi format...however it's not that way and my 20 cent dvd discs with 25-50 eps each is much better than 30 dollar 3 ep discs

I agree with that. Man, have to sell blood eventually if they continue only put 3/4 episodes per dvd.

Hahaha. Yeah, I'm just not allowed to buy alot of stuff, so if no fansubs, I wouldn't be nearly the fan I am

still anime (excluding pokemon or yugioh) would not be as popular outside of japan if it weren't for all the fansubs "advertising" it

i say it should be legal because if there are people who love anime they can make there own anime club and pokemon is not popular anymore.
